Toffee Plant
Toffee is called soft boiled confectionery made by sugar along with butter and milk. It is popular among young along with the children.
Toffee manufacturing is a simple process. The toffee mass is steam cooked. The cooked mass after cooling enters into the forming machines where toffee rope is formed. The formed toffee rope is cut into desired size and packed by the toffee cut and wrap machine.
Following machines are use for making Toffees.
1. LC-01: Milk Homogenizer Used for mixing ingredients like, milk, water, vegitable oil etc in homogenized form.
2. LC-22: Toffee Cooker Used for cooking toffee batch.
3. LC-51: Cooling Plate Used for cooling down the hot cooked mass.
4. LC-101: Batch Former Used for forming thick rope of toffee mass.
5. LC-102: Rope Sizer Used for forming and sizing of rope as per the required size of toffee.
6. Packing Machine Used for packing the candies.
LX-291: Automatic cut and twist wrapping machine for Toffee Automatic cut and twist wrap machines cut the toffee rope in desired size and wrap them by Twisting the one end or both the end of the wrapper.
LX-294: Automatic cut and side fold wrap machine for Toffee Automatic cut and side fold wrapping machines cut the toffee rope in desired size and pack them by Folding the wrapper.
LX-297: Automatic cut and pillow pack machine for toffee Automatic cut and pillow pack machine cuts the toffee rope and packs the toffees in pillow type packing.
