Ball Gum Plant

Ball gum is a ball shaped coated chewing gum, very popular among children and young one too!

Ball gum manufacturing is a simple process. The ball gum base is mixed properly in the mixer. The prepared mass enters into the forming machine where ball gums are formed, and the get cool and dry in the ball gum cooling conveyor and then coated with sugar and color in coating pan. The formed ball gums are packed in the required packing by packaging machine.

Following machines are use for making Ball Gum.

1. LC-12: Gum base Melter
Used for melting gum base before mixing.

2. LC-11: Sigma Mixer
Used for mixing gum base and other ingredient.

3. LC-191: Single Rope Extruder, LC-192: Twin Rope Extruder
Used for forming ropes of mixed mass from Sigma mixer.

4. LC-196: Ball forming machine
Used for forming ball gum from the rope.

5. LC-205: Ball gum cooling conveyor
To cool and dry the ball gum after forming and before coating

6. LC-221: Automatic Coating machine, LC-222: Semi Automatic coating machine
Used for sugar coating, coloring and polishing of Ball gum.
