Eclair Plant
Eclair is a special type of candy having filling of chocolate paste.
Eclair
manufacturing is simply process. The eclair mass is cooked by vacuum
batch cooker. The cooked mass after cooling enters into the forming
machines where candies are formed with center filling. The formed
candies after cooling are packed by packing machine.
Following machines are use for making Eclair.
1. LC-21: Vacuum Batch Cooker
Used for cooking
mass for candies. Ingredients like Sugar, Glucose, water etc. are put
in to the cooker and the mass is cooked at the temperature of approx.
125o to 130o. After cooking, the mass enter in to the lower vacuum pan
of the cooker where excess moisture content gets removed.
2. LC-51: Cooling Plate
Used for cooling down the hot cooked mass.
3. LC-101: Batch former
Used for forming thick rope of candy mass
4. LC-102: Rope Sizer
Used for forming and sizing of rope as per the required size of candies.
5. LC-110: Center filler
Use for feeding of liquid material, paste etc in the center of the rope
6. LC-113: Uniplast forming machine
Used for forming Eclairs.
7. LC-202: Three way cooling conveyor
Used for cooling of formed candies.
8. Packing Machine
Used for packing the candies.
LX-261: Automatic Pillow packing machine for Candies
Packs the candies in pillow type packing
LX-266: Automatic Single twist wrapping machine for candies
Wraps the candies by twisting the wrapper from one side
LX-268: Automatic Double twist wrapping machine for candies
Wraps the candies by twisting the wrapper from both the ends
Available Plants:
1) Eclair plant with 1 ton per 8 hour shift capacity
2) Eclair plant with 2 ton per 8 hour shift capacity
3) Eclair plant with 4 ton per 8 hour shift capacity
