Flat Lollipop Plant
Flat Lollipop is basically a candy with the stick inserted into it. It is very famous among kids.
Flat Lollipop
manufacturing is a simple process. The Flat lollipop mass is cooked in
vacuum cooker. The cooked mass after cooling enters into forming
machines where Flat lollipops are formed and sticks are automatically
inserted into it. The formed lollipops after cooling are packed by
packing machine.
Following machines are required for making flat lollipop.
1. LC-21: Vacuum batch cooker
Used for cooking
mass for lollipops. Ingredients like Sugar, Glucose, water etc. are put
in to the cooker and the mass is cooked at the temperature of approx.
125o to 130o. After cooking, the mass enter in to the lower vacuum pan of the cooker where excess moisture content gets removed.
2. LC-51: Cooling Plate
Used for cooling down the hot cooked mass
3. LC-101: Batch former
Used for forming thick rope of lollipop mass
4. LC-102: Rope Sizer
Used for forming and sizing of rope lollipop mass as per the required size of lollipop.
5. LC-137: Flat lollipop forming machine
Used for forming of flat lollipops with stick inserted into it.
6. LC-202: Three way cooling conveyor
Used for cooling of flat lollipop before packing.
7. LX-285: Sandwich wrapping machine
Sandwich wrapping machine wraps the flat lollipop in sandwich type packing.
