Candy Economic Plant
Candy or Sweet is
the most popular type of confectionery over the world. Generally
Candies are available in fruit flavors or Milk based flavor and some
times with centre filling also.
Candy manufacturing
is a simple process. The candy mass is manually cooked in cooking
furnaces. The cooked mass then sifted into the vacuum structure to
remove the excess moisture content. Then the cooked mass enters into
the cooling table for cooling, after cooling enters into the forming
machines where candies are formed. The formed candies after cooling are
packed by packing machine.
