Bubble Gum Plant

Bubblegum is a type of chewing gum that is especially designed for blowing bubbles popular among children and teenagers.

Bubble gum manufacturing is a simple process. The bubble gum, is mixed properly in the mixer, the prepared mass enters into the extruder to form a thin rope of required shape. The rope is then cooled by cooling conveyor and then cut in required size and packed with cut and wrap machine.

Following machines are use for making Bubble Gum

1. LC-12: Gum base Melter
Used for melting gum base before mixing.

2. LC-11: Sigma Mixer
Used for mixing and preparing mass.

3. LC-191: Rope Extruder
Used for forming ropes of mixed mass from sigma mixer

4. LC-204: Multiway cooling tunnel
Used for continuous cooling and feeding of Bubble gum rope from extruder to cut and wrap Machine.

5. Packing machine
Used for packing the Bubblegum.

LX-294: Automatic Cut and side fold wrap machine for bubblegum

X-295: Automatic High speed cut and side fold wrap machine for Bubblegum
Used to cut the bubble gum in required size and wrap them with paper or any other wrapping material.
