Ball Lollipop Plant
Ball Lollipop is basically a candy, spherical in shape with the stick inserted into it. It is very famous among kids.
Ball Lollipop
manufacturing is simple process. The lollipop mass is cooked in vacuum
cooker. The cooked mass after cooling enters into the forming machine
where Ball lollipops are formed and automatically sticks are inserted
into it. The formed lollipops after cooling are packed in packing
machine.
Following machines are required for making ball lollipop.
1. LC-21: Vacuum batch cooker
Used for cooking
mass for lollipop. Ingredients like Sugar, Glucose, water etc. are put
in to the cooker and the mass is cooked at the temperature of approx.
125 o to 130 o. After cooking, the mass enter in to the lower vacuum
pan of the cooker where excess moisture content gets removed.
2. LC-51: Cooling Plate
Used for cooling down the hot cooked mass
3. LC-101: Batch former
Used for forming thick rope of lollipop mass
4. LC-102: Rope Sizer
Used for forming and sizing of rope of lollipop mass as per the required size of ball lollipop
5. LC-131: Ball Lollipop forming machine
Used for forming Ball Lollipops with stick inserted into it
6. LC-202: Three way cooling conveyor
Used for cooling of formed ball lollipop.
7. Packing machine
Used for packing the candies.

Automatic Double twist wrapping machine wraps the ball lollipops by twisting both the ends of Wrapper
LX-283 Automatic Bunch wrapping machine for ball lollipop
Automatic bunch wrapping machine wraps the ball lollipop in bunch type (i.e. flat from the top and twist at the bottom)
